Pit Master, Beau Reibel has 20+ years of cooking experience, in and out of restaurants. In 2017, he became interested in the art of smoking meat. When Beau picks up a new hobby, he puts all of his time and energy into it until he reaches mastery and excellence.  With hours of research and months of practice, Beau was able to master his skill for smoking tender, flavorful briskets, the most delicious pulled pork, and amazing Texas-style pork and beef ribs that will excite your taste buds. Beau takes pride in his work and will serve nothing short of perfection. The Buffalo Pit, located in the 716, offers drop-off catering for weddings and private affairs. We also participate in Pop-Up events where we can bring the unique taste and style of The Buffalo Pit's smoked menu to those all around the 716 area.
