Pit Master, Beau Reibel has 20+ years of cooking experience, in and out of restaurants. In 2017, he became interested in the art of smoking meat. When Beau picks up a new hobby, he puts all of his time and energy into it until he reaches mastery and excellence. With hours of research and months of practice, Beau was able to master his skill for smoking tender, flavorful briskets, the most delicious pulled pork, and amazing Texas-style pork and beef ribs that will excite your taste buds. Beau takes pride in his work and will serve nothing short of perfection. The Buffalo Pit, located in the 716, offers drop-off catering for weddings and private affairs. We also participate in Pop-Up events where we can bring the unique taste and style of The Buffalo Pit's smoked menu to those all around the 716 area.

Do you enjoy golf and good food? Book with Kis-N-Greens Golf Course in Alden, NY and have your event catered by us! You'll enjoy a fun day of golfing on the greens and end the day with a feast of some of the best local BBQ Alden has to offer. Let us host your tournament, bachelor/bachelorette party, shower, fundraiser, family reunion, work event, and more!

DROP OFF CATERING ONLY. NOT A SIT DOWN RESTAURANT. Minimum order= 20 people. Free delivery up to 10 miles. Delivery fee for any location past 10 miles (TBD). Taxes not included. Please provide 2 weeks notice for orders. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Additional menu items available upon request.

Pulled Pork Sandwich

Cooked low and slow to create a tender and flavorful Texas Smoked Pulled Pork on a local 716 bun. Top it with a side of coleslaw and BBQ sauce for an authentic flavor and crunch (optional).

Sliced Brisket

Smoked to perfection for 12-16 hours in a custom-built 500 gallon smoker. Every delicious bite of this brisket is worth the hours.

Brisket Sandwich

Tender and smoky chopped brisket on a local 716 bun. Top it with house made candied jalepenos, pickled red onions, and BBQ sauce for added flavor and crunch (optional).

Brisket on a Stick

Texas-style beef ribs, simply seasoned with salt and pepper & smoked until tender. *Price is dependent on weight of individually cut ribs: $22/lb

Pork Ribs

½ rack of spare ribs seasoned with a simple dry rub. Lightly finished off with a house-made BBQ sauce

"Pig Candy" (Burnt Ends)

Bite-sized, slow-smoked, pork belly; slathered in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce ready to melt in your mouth. The "Pig Candy" of BBQ.

Jalepeno Corn Bread

Sweet & spicy corn bread made with chopped jalepenos, cheddar cheese, & honey.

Macaroni & Cheese

Rich and creamy, slow cooked with a cheesy, savory sauce. The perfect comfort food.

Coleslaw

A crunchy, creamy coleslaw made fresh with cabbage & carrots.

Mexican Street Corn in a Cup (Esquites)

Fire roasted corn combined with a variety of authentic flavors for a refreshing, creamy, and tangy side dish. *Additional toppings available: house made crema, hot sauce, cilantro.

Loaded Queso

Not your classic Queso. A creamy sauce with a spicy kick consisting of a variety of cheeses, veggies, and smoked brisket. Served with crunchy tortilla chips. 16 oz jars available for purchase upon request, $12/jar

Classic baked beans perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the sauce and the smokiness of fresh bacon.

Texas Twinkie

A fresh jalepeno stuffed with brisket & cheeses, wrapped in bacon, & smoked to perfection.

Armadillo Egg

A cheese stuffed jalepeno, encased in sausage & wrapped in bacon. Smoked with a sweet BBQ glaze.

The Loaded Buffalo Pit-Bowl

A sampling of The Buffalo Pit's best foods piled high in one bowl. Chopped beef or pulled pork, mac & cheese, baked beans, & coleslaw. Topped with BBQ sauce & a side of corn bread. *A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Pit Bull rescue in the 716.

Beau catered our summer wedding party. We had pulled pork, cole slaw and amazing cornbread. The pork was Smokey, tender, perfectly seasoned with sweet and heat. We also had home made barbecue sauce which was out of this world! The cornbread was incredible! Highly recommend The Buffalo Pit, 10/10!

The Buffalo Pit catered our Christmas party and the food was awesome! They served prime rib with smashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. The prime rib was some of the best prime rib I've ever tasted; juicy, tender and delicious. Dessert was cheesecake with mixed berries; an excellent combination and the cheesecake was very light. Additionally, the price was very reasonable. I would highly, highly recommend The Buffalo Pit for all of your catering needs.

Beau catered a Christmas dinner for about 25 of us on 12/14/22. The thick sliced prime rib was tender & delicious. The roasted asparagus was the best I've ever had (I rarely eat that). Mashed potatoes were perfectly well done. The salad dressing got me to eat my entire salad. Cheese cake? What can I say? I'm a cheesecake lover & this was some of the best I've ever had. I can't wait to have another meal catered by The Buffalo Pit.

Everything was delicious and everyone that was at the wedding can’t stop raving about how good the food was! Everything was delicious and the burnt ends were out of this world! Hands down the best beans ever, had chunks of pork in it. You won't be disappointed. The best BBQ you'll find in New York
